Say Hello, wave goodbye
This week will be an emotional week for the Pre-school as we say goodbye to our lovely leader, Ruth Foster, who after years of dedication is moving on to new adventures. We will miss her very much and cannot thank her enough for all that she has done.
We are also pleased to announce that Sabrina Moss has accepted the post of Pre-School Leader, commencing officially Monday the 16th October, and Hannah Lambert has accepted the post of Deputy, starting the same day. Both already experienced staff at the Pre-school, Sabrina will work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Hannah Mondays and Thursdays. We look forward to working with them in their new roles, and they too, are looking forward to working with both the children and parents at St. George's.
our wonderful Pre-school has been saved from closure!
Thank you, thank you, thank you... to all those people in the community who have worked so hard to keep our Pre-school open. Pre-schools all over the country are closing or under threat of closure because of Government underfunding. Working together with the community, we have saved our Pre-school and our future is looking bright. We offer an amazing range of play and learning experiences including: Forest school activities, yoga, music, craft, cooking, stories, singing, gymnastics... all within a caring and nurturing environment.
We now also offer wraparound care from 8-6pm... more information here
